Park Hours

  • January 2 – June 30 – See NYS Parks seasonal schedule
  • July 1 – July 24 – 8:00am to 9:00pm
  • July 25 – September 4 – 8:00am to 8:00pm
  • September 5 – October 2 – 8:00am to 7:00pm
  • October 3 – October 30 – 8:00am to 6:00pm
  • October 31 – December 31- 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • The Park will be closed on New Year’s Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
  • The Park is under 24-hour surveillance

Park Rules

  • Deposit waste in appropriate receptacles
  • Treat landscape features and wildlife in the park with care
  • Leashed pets are welcome – leashes should be limited to 8 feet long – and please clean up after your pet
  • Bicycling is permitted on the main pathway. Bike racks are located at the Reynolds House – please do not attach bikes to other objects
  • Fishing is allowed with appropriate license
  • The following are prohibited:
    • Smoking
    • Alcoholic beverages
    • Barbecuing
    • Camping
    • Swimming
    • Amplified music
    • Skateboarding
    • Feeding or disturbing wildlife
    • Solicitation

The Upper Landing Park is operated by Dutchess County Parks. Park staff can be reached by calling (845) 298-4600. If you are interested in holding an event or activity at the Park, please complete and submit the Upper Landing Event Application.
